Once you’ve sent your enquiry, we’ll check availability for your chosen dates. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a personalised confirmation from us detailing availability, the total price and all the information you need to finalise your booking.

Low season — €125 per night (September – November)

Mid season — €135 per night (April – August)

Minimum stay — 5 nights
The rates quoted do not include any additional costs, where applicable.
How your booking works
1. Request your stay
Fill in the enquiry form with your preferred arrival and departure dates and the number of guests.
2. Receive your personalised quote
We’ll let you know within 24 hours whether CAYO is available. You’ll receive the total price, payment details and all the practical information for your stay.
3. Confirm your booking
To confirm your stay, please pay a deposit of 25% of the rental fee within 2 days.
Once we have received this payment, your booking is confirmed.
4. Pay the remaining amount
You must pay the remaining 75 per cent of the rental fee no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Are you booking within 8 weeks of arrival?
In that case, we ask you to pay the full rental fee immediately.
5. Security deposit
You’ll need to pay a separate security deposit of €100 for your stay. After you’ve left, we’ll check CAYO; if the accommodation has been left tidy and undamaged, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.
